Totally addicted

To tracing past generations that is. Yesterday was a very cold wet day, so there was no better place to be than inside, sitting at the computer doing some more work on my ancestry files. My husband and I had been sent some information from a relative on his side, that contained a paternal line of his mother dating back to 1757. I entered it all into my files, then started digging. I got one hit after another, after another and before I knew it, I had tired fingers, sore eyes and history dating back to 1440, originating in Normandy, France. Can you believe it 1440! Now if only I could trace my family back that far (and that easily). Seems information from Barbados isn't as easy to get hold of as the info from UK.
