It worked. It's a very rich ice cream and so you only need a small amount, but yummy just the same. Here is a picture of the finished product.

Easy as 1,2,3!
Jayden came home with a recipe he had copied out of a book by Joy Cowley. It was very simple and I did wonder if he had written it all down, but we got the ingredients - 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of condensed milk and 1 cup crushed kiwifruit (actually we used canned strawberries). Beat together the cream and condensed milk, add the fruit, then freeze for 2 hours, stir and freeze again. (We cheated a little and used our ice cream machine to speed up the freezing process).
